Our client, a manufacturing and industrial services provider, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Clearwater, FL
Pay Range: $22-26/hour
Shift: Mon-Thurs 8:30pm-7am
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance and repair of production machinery, warehouse systems, and building infrastructure
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
Perform welding, fabrication, and installation tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations
What's Needed?
Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding skills
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various machinery and electrical systems
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
