Job ID: R-000237
Location: US MN Minneapolis Office
Posting Type: Full time
Description:
SPS Commerce is a leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions, serving a global network of retail trading partners. We foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where innovation and continuous improvement are highly valued. Join SPS Commerce and be part of a dynamic team that's transforming the global retail supply chain!
Position Summary:
Why This Role
At SPS Commerce, we're building the next generation of talent - intentionally.
This Senior Recruiter role sits at the intersection of campus recruiting, early career development, and niche hiring - helping shape how talent enters SPS, grows within it, and moves through some of our most complex and critical career paths. While much of our high-volume hiring is supported by our RPO partner, this role remains deeply hands-on and strategic, focused on the work that requires relationship-building, judgment, and long-term thinking. Campus recruitment is the foundation. From there, you'll help connect early career pipelines to niche roles - particularly in areas like Sales, where internal mobility and career progression are key to success.
You'll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Program Manager, who owns global early career strategy and program design. Together, you'll bring that strategy to life - evolving how we attract, assess, hire, and develop early talent today while helping design what comes next as SPS continues to grow globally.
If you're energized by building programs, influencing outcomes, and seeing the full lifecycle of talent - not just filling reqs - this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
• Campus & Early Career Recruiting (Core Focus): Lead execution of SPS's campus recruiting efforts across the U.S. and Canada, with an eye toward future expansion into markets such as Europe, Australia, and the Philippines.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organizations.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for internships, co-ops, and early career roles - from sourcing through offer.
• Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience that reflects SPS's culture and values.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to translate business needs into early career hiring plans.
Program Execution & Evolution
• Bring early career strategy to life by supporting program execution from attraction through conversion.
• Use data, feedback, and market insight to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and scalability.
• Help evolve consistent practices that support growth across regions while allowing for local nuance.
Niche & Early-Pipeline Roles
• Support recruiting for niche, harder-to-fill roles across teams such as Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Technology.
• Focus on roles where early career pipelines, internal mobility, and thoughtful assessment are especially important.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to navigate complex talent needs and internal movement.
Events, Engagement & Visibility
• Represent SPS at campus and early talent events including career fairs, information sessions, and conferences.
• Travel several times per year to support recruiting efforts across North America, with potential international travel as programs expand.
What Success Looks Like
• Campus recruiting is well-executed, relationship-driven, and aligned to business needs.
• Early career pipelines feel connected - from campus entry points through internal growth paths.
• Hiring managers see you as a trusted talent partner, not just a recruiter.
• Programs are stronger year over year because of your insight, execution, and influence.
• You help shape what early career and niche hiring becomes at SPS - not just what it is today.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading or executing campus and/or early career recruiting programs.
• Comfort recruiting for specialized or niche roles that require partnership and nuance.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• A builder's mindset - energized by improving, evolving, and scaling programs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
