SUMMARYFoster Fuels is seeking two undergraduate/graduate students to join our HR or Finance teams for a paid 10-week summer internship. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience, contribute to real projects, and learn from industry leaders in a dynamic environment. The Summer Intern will be a highly motivated individual that is responsible for assisting department heads on special projects and other assigned tasks. The internship will be a temporary position not expected to exceed 10-week term. Responsibilities will include formulating a special report at the end of the term to showcase research results and company recommendations.
DUTIES - Completes assigned department projects by researching and investigating opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for collecting and inputting data into systems.
- Provides support and completes assigned tasks.
- Reports safety issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Must be able to report to assigned location when necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS- Currently pursuing a degree in HR or Finance.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliability and timeliness.
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively as a team.
- Minimum 2.7 GPA or higher.
- Letter of recommendation.
PREFERRED SKILLS- Prior experience in case studies or research reporting.
