Responsibilities:
• Install and program new HVAC systems.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• On-call rotation.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Minimum of three years experience (five years preferred) in installation and/or repair.
• Five years experience in repair preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Good driving record. (Must be insurable.)
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• DDC knowledge and experience is a plus.

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Able to pass drug screen for Federal contractor requirements.
