The Corporate Finance platform includes Turnaround & Restructuring, Transaction Advisory, Finance Excellence, Private Equity Portfolio Company Services, and Valuation & Opinions. Our teams bring deep experience across a wide range of industries, including retail, consumer products, healthcare, energy, financial services, and technology.
The RoleAssociates in BRG's Turnaround & Restructuring practice are core members of small, collaborative teams working on high-impact engagements for underperforming or distressed companies. Associates support financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, restructuring initiatives, and strategic decision-making while gaining exposure to senior executives, lenders, and investors. This role offers significant responsibility, client interaction, and professional growth in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsibilities- Build and analyze 3-statement financial models, 13-week cash flow forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Support client deliverables including presentations, reports, and written analyses
- Collaborate with BRG professionals and client stakeholders to execute engagement objectives
- Assist with business development, proposals, and practice-building initiatives
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, restructuring, or professional services
- Strong Excel-based financial modeling and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed
Salary is $65,000-$110,000
