Position_Description : As a Finish Blade Operator, you must will be responsible for the following responsibilities;- Perform various operator/laborer duties on our projects
- Safe operation of the Blade and other equipment
- Motor Grader Operator will be responsible to grade excavation and embankment to lay base and other materials.
- The Motor Grader Operator may blade haul roads and other general work.
- In addition to the rough work responsibilities, the Motor Grader Operator will also performs finish grade work to blue tops or other close specification control.
- Equipment - Caterpillars 140H and John Deere 672GP
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Position Requirements : - Minimum of 4 years of finish blade experience.
- Must value and have an appreciation for completing all work duties and assignments safely
- Must be a team player and be willing to do laborer work
- Willingness to travel to this and other job sites as necessary
- Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
