Job Title: Lubricants Driver (Non-CDL) - Motor Oil
Job Type: Full-Time (40+ hours/week), Monday-Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $22-$24/hour (approximately $45,760-$49,920 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek)
Location: Elk River, Minnesota
Position SummaryAs a Lubricants Driver( Non- CDL), you will be responsible for transporting lubricant products to and from our warehouse, manufacturing plants, and customer locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Safely operate company-owned vehicles (under CDL weight limits) to deliver and pick up lubricant products
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are secured and handled properly
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable DOT regulations
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Assist with warehouse duties when not driving, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds (with assistance when needed)
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and understand delivery paperwork and follow written instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 40-60 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
