ResponsibilitiesHexagon's Safety, Infrastructure and Geospatial division is looking for an experienced Product owner for two of our Scrum Teams for Oncall Dispatch Development teams. The role is essential for maximizing the value of the product by ensuring the development team's efforts align with both business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities- Backlog Management: Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog-to align the team is working on high priority items for a release.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the central point of contact between development teams and Product Management , Security teams.
- Developing User Stories: Translating high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that the development team can execute during sprints.
- Sprint Oversight: Participating in daily scrums, sprint planning, and reviews, and having the final authority to accept or reject work based on defined quality standards.
- Value Optimization: Using data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and ensure the highest possible return on investment (ROI)
Education / QualificationsExperience and Qualifications- Having Minimum of 10 years of development experience.
- Having done a PO or a Similar role before will be added advantage
- Having Dispatch Product knowledge is desirable.
