The ideal candidate has a strong project management skillset and demonstrates excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities - A strategic individual who can partner with BD, Operations, and Marketing team members to develop best-in-class marketing deliverables, including proposals, presentations,creative and technical writing, award submissions, and more.

Technical Skills
- Ability to lead ateam throughstoryboardingand messaging exercises to build a compellingclient-focused strategy.
- Strong writing skills, particularlyfor press releases,creative writing, storytelling,andproposalefforts.
- Strong facilitation skills with a proven ability to develop marketing deliverables in a live, collaborative environment.
- Understanding and experience using CRM databases (Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus).
Qualifications- Bachelors degree inMarketing,Communications,Journalism,Business, ora relatedfield.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related marketingor communicationsrole.
- Strong writing portfoliodemonstratingstorytelling, APstyleand/or creative writingis a plus.
- Proficiencyin Adobe InDesign, Illustrator,Premiere, and/orPhotoshop are aplus.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- A desire to work in the construction industry, collaborate effectively, and play a key role in helpinggrow the business.
