Outpatient Gastroenterology No Call, High Procedural Volume

Practice Details
- Outpatient-only GI role supported by two inpatient gastroenterologists
- Two experienced APPs functioning independently to support clinic flow
- Clinic and outpatient endoscopy center co-located for maximum efficiency
- Procedure mix includes screening and diagnostic colonoscopy, EGD, and manometry interpretation
- Olympus 190 scopes and the Provation platform in place
Schedule
- Choice of a four- or five-day workweek
- No required call
- Clinic days average 18-21 patients
- Procedural days average 12-15 cases
- EPIC EMR with voice dictation via DAX or Dragon
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $750,000 plus wRVU bonus structure
- Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000
- 33 days of PTO, 10 CME days, and $5,000 CME allowance
- Malpractice coverage with tail, plus full health and retirement benefits
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Comfortable in a procedure-forward outpatient practice
- Interest in long-term practice stability and autonomy
