Job DescriptionThe Associate FRAML Analyst supports CoBank's fraud prevention and investigative functions through comprehensive reporting, research, documentation, and operational assistance. This role prepares fraud incident reports, drafts internal and external case communications, and maintains leadership reporting for AFP, FCCT, and FRAML teams. The analyst contributes to fraud awareness initiatives, coordinates event related communications, and monitors emerging fraud trends, industry developments, and educational opportunities. Responsibilities also include conducting investigative research on digital indicators, managing SAR and CRF filings, maintaining fraud related SharePoint resources, and participating in Fraud Control reviews. Additionally, the role provides essential operational support, including alert and case management backup and daily mail processing, to ensure efficient and effective fraud mitigation operations across the organization.
Essential Functions- Generates and manages various reports for AFP / FCCT and FRAML Leadership
- Manages fraud awareness publications, distribution processes, scripts and fraud event planning.
- Prepares Initial Fraud Incident Reports, summarizes related call and email communications, and drafts initial internal and external fraud case emails.
- Conducts Research on IP addresses, social media profiles and other factors related to fraud cases.
- Conducts research on trends, updates, and changes relevant to fraud teams.
- Conducts research on fraud-related events, conferences, notices, and educational opportunities.
- Manages SAR and CRF filings and distribution of documents to Law Enforcement Agencies
- Supports and participates in Fraud Control reviews across CoBank Groups.
- Provides back-up support for Alerts and Cases to FCCT and AFP when needed
- Other duties include Postal Mail Processing, Administer Various SharePoint sites and coordinate updates to group Procedures and Job Aids.
Education- Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, business, criminal justice or equivalent experience required
Work Experience- Prior Experience in administrative support, reporting, data analytics, or event coordination, preferably in a banking or financial services environment preferred
- Prior Experience with fraud or compliance reporting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Python and/or other data processing software preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills - Required
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation - Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Required
- Availability for occasional work outside normal business hours.

About CoBankThe typical base pay range for this role is between $53,500 - $61,200. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
