on-site, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate headquarters in
downtown Lancaster, PA.Relationship manager, advisor, and consultant for complex affluent household relationships within assigned regions. Primary point of contact for these clients and are responsible for coordinating a regional team of product and service experts to assist with recommending and delivering financial solutions in order to retain and grow these important relationships. Responsible for both expanding and retaining existing relationships and for developing internal and external networks to acquire new affluent households.
Responsibilities- Delivery consistent and integrated client experience for the affluent segment households in an assigned regions, through superior execution against corporate value propositions. Coordinate the relationship management and delivery of products and services with regional product partners for assigned affluent segment households, ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsible for developing, documenting, communicating and executing a regional affluent household sales and service plan.
- Responsible for coordinating the client sales interaction and experience by profiling and recommending financial solutions both with and without product partners. Accountable for expanding client household of deposit, credit, mortgage and investment products as measured by the growth of regional affluent household deposit and loan portfolio balances, residential mortgage originations, and investment balances and fee income. Achieve annual sales production and portfolio growth goals.
- Develop internal and external referral networks and centers of influence in an effort to source new affluent client household opportunities, and source or refer Fulton Financial Advisors institutional, wealth, and fiduciary business. Develop strong working relationships with regional bank and partner leadership, and sales team members. Participate in community and business organizations and events to enhance the reputation and image of the Fulton Brand.
- Partner with all the corporations team members and departments to ensure compliance with all related company policies and procedures, audit requirements, risk management, and government regulations. Manage client communications, account reviews and inquiries seeking assistance from the appropriate corporate partner, department or level based on ownership and authority. Maintain appropriate client fiduciary responsibilities and confidentiality, and avoid conflicts as defined by the Fulton Financial Corporation Code of Conduct. Assist with completion of account and client reports as assigned.
QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Relevant degree pertaining to the essential duties of this role. (Required)
Experience3 or more years Investment or brokerage sales experience required, preferrably with the affluent or wealth market segments. (Required)
3 or more years Banking or financial services industry experience with bank credit and mortgage credit products and processes preferred. (Preferred)
CertificationsSeries 66, 7 and state life insurance licenses (current or test/retest within 1 year). (Required)
Certified Financial Professional. (Preferred)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.The salary range for this position is $79,100.00 - $131,800.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
