https://www.jnj.com/.The individual will be providing financial support to JJT. They will directly support the JJT teams that support and will also assist in consolidating & reporting. They will be providing the business partners with updated financials, supporting & leading key financial forecasts & actual submissions. In addition, the below are areas where this individual will support.
Responsibilities:- Provide strategic financial support to the Corporate Business Technology leadership Team (Global) organization as a trusted business partner including ad hoc strategic projects and annual financial planning and close cycles to ensure delivery of financial commitments, including Headcount.
- Provide financial and overall business insights for use in providing counsel and decision-making analytics to the Technology Leadership Team
- Leading and coordination of overall budgeting process for the Business Plan, forecasts updates, latest thinking, and actual reporting of a ~$2B budget
- Drive accountability and reporting accuracy through partnership with Technology Services. Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Global Functions TM1 tool for the Finance team and work closely with global COE's and GOC finance leadership to ensure timely and accurate financials. Proactively drive solutions that harmonize processes across the team and remove non-value add activities.
- Provide budgeting support for Business Plan, forecasts updates, latest thinking, and LRFP Strategic Planning updates to JJT partners & finance teams across GOCs and Regions as needed.
- Drive standardization/solutions of accounting and reporting through consistent guidance and training/education.
- Modeling financial analyses and leading/influencing management discussions on strategic items impacting each of the businesses' Ops IT financials and run costs.
- Provide financial support to business cases for investment decisions and cost savings opportunities and actively contribute to functional strategy leveraging ability to navigate in a complex matrixed environment (Bus / Ops IT)
- Lead internal collaboration of teams and stakeholders across JJT and finance, using a broad range of cross-functional skills and perspectives to deliver leadership updates and identify innovative solutions
- Shape and deploy process improvements that deliver efficiencies, optimize the ways of working, and increase value to the organization and key stakeholders.
- Promote a work environment that challenges the status quo and leads and adapts to change while managing ambiguity.
- Ensure robust financial control environment that complies with policies & procedures and support ongoing Ad Hoc requests.
Qualifications:- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of strong financial analysis skills and the ability to quickly adapt to use of new systems and tools are required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Excellent communication and framing skills are required.
- Collaboration, problem-solving skills, and dealing with ambiguity is required.
- Results driven with a strong ownership and accountability for deliverables is required.
- Demonstrated record of driving continuous process improvements is required.

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
