Job Description:Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Aseptic Project Execution Engineer within the Global Engineering & Technology (GET) team in Beerse, Belgium.

The Beerse site is a pharmaceutical fill & finish plant within the Synthetics platform of IMSC. We ensure lifesaving medicines are produced and reach the patient safely and optimally. The GET organization operates cross-platform as one coordinated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability and Execution Systems activities.

Responsibilities- Acts as Project Execution Engineer leading end-to-end engineering projects, defining scope and priorities and managing delivery from concept through construction and qualification.
- Establishes alignment with project sponsor and aligns core and extended team to deliver the final project objectives.
- Prepares project intake, including scoping, business case analysis, alternative assessment and presenting the project proposal for approval to senior leadership.
- Facilitates the project planning, tracking and reporting against project key deliverables and objectives.
- Manages project finances: securing accurate budget allocation upon project approval and effectively supervising expenses throughout project implementation.
- Responsible for all project engineering activities from early conceptual design to construction, including managing internal project resources and procurement of third-party contractors and suppliers.
- Uses risk management methodologies to identify and manage risks to project objectives.
- Leads project close out activities including operational handover, archiving, financial project closure, collation of benchmarking information and lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintains awareness of external environment, supplying value and insights.
ExperienceWe encourage both high potential starters and experienced engineers to apply.
Technical knowledge of aseptic parenteral drug compounding & filling or Automated Visual Inspection equipment is a plus. The motivation to learn in this field of expertise is fundamental!
Education, Personality and skills - You acquired a master's degree, preferably in a Science, Technology or Engineering field.
