Pay Range $17 to $20 (DOE) Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the efficient movement, organization, and storage of materials within the facility. This position supports production, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure the accurate and timely handling of inventory. The Warehouse Associate maintains a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace while demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality in all warehouse operations. Requisites Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Regular, full-time position requiring a minimum in-office schedule of 40 hours per week; occasional travel may be required. Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation. Must agree to (and pass) a background check, physical (if applicable), and drug screening testing. High school diploma or equivalent. Forklift certification a plus. Tasks and Work Activities Receive, inspect, and store materials, products, and supplies following AVC safety and quality standards. Move and stage materials for production and shipping using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other handling equipment. Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records within manual or electronic systems. Clean, organize, and maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and storage areas to ensure safe and efficient operation. Coordinate with production, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain Just-In-Time (JIT) material flow. Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and departments to support smooth warehouse operations. Proficiency in English language, including spelling, grammar, and composition, with strong communication skills in speaking, listening, reading comprehension and writing. Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook, and department-related software. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Refer to the Employee Handbook. for PPE requirements. Standing, walking, lifting up to fifty pounds, climbing, stooping, reaching, and working indoors/outdoors. Use of industrial trucks, overhead cranes, hoists, hand tools, and power tools may be required.
