Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager Contract Type: Contract (Full Time) Work Environment: Hybrid / Onsite as required by client NJDEP Location: Trenton, NJ 08608 Duration: Multi-year contract (2 yrs followed by possible extensions upto 3 yrs each 1 yr at client discretion) Interview: In-person or Teams at client discretion Strong preference is USC and locals Job Description: The Senior IT Project Manager shall serve as the Contractor’s primary point of contact and support all matters in regard to management aspects under the maintenance and support agreement. The primary responsibilities of the Senior IT Project Manager include, but are not limited to: Working with client to prioritize productions issues and enhancements; Conducting weekly status meetings with client throughout the agreement; and Authoring Monthly Status Reports throughout the agreement; Minimum qualifications: Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP); Certified as SCRUM Master in the SCRUM Agile methodology; At least five (5) years of experience in managing/executing/completing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies; At least four (4) years’ experience managing environmental projects in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local Level); At least five (5) years’ experience implementing enterprise environmental solutions in public sector; and At least three (3) years’ experience working with Atlassian’s JIRA Project Management Software; Prior experience with NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, DataMiner, RADIUS, COMPASS, Letterbuilder, PDF Processor, and Spreadsheet Processor is preferred.
