A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join their team. Job Responsibilities: • Engage with Issues Management team and coordinate with cross-functional groups within the company to manage the progress of remediating Issues. • Create and manage monthly input source reports within AuditBoard • Coordinate with Compliance Analytics Team for updates to various modules and functions. • Update procedures when changes occur. • Review daily legal insights provided by 3P vendor and tag to a product, topic, and for relevance. • Continually update procedures for regulatory horizon scanning. Minimum Qualifications: • 4+ years of regulatory, legal, compliance, or risk management experience • Bachelor’s Degree or higher • Familiarity with AuditBoard, Quip, Wrike, and/or other project management tools Preferred Qualifications: • Exceptional analytical and communication skills; • Ability to summarize complex topics clearly and concisely; • Ability to work independently, manage high volumes of information, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives; • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information; and • Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services industries.
