HME is looking for your talent! If you are a Subscription Billing Administrator we would love to hear from you! In this role you will be supporting the A/R department by fielding calls and emails from our customers regarding their subscription accounts.
What you will do in this role:
- Collect on delinquent subscriptions.
- Document all customer communication on the customer AR collection account.
- Answer calls from customers on the subscription phone queue.
- Handle all subscription related emails from customers.
- Assists other employees, as needed.
- Manually adjust subscription for temp closed locations, changing the billing frequency, changing billing dates, consolidating and separating billing, correct item # if wrong for that brand.
- Processes all credit requests for sales orders and projects invoices related to subscriptions.
- Responsible to respond to the subscription billing email Inbox (average of 150 emails a day).
- Process all credit and rebills for incorrect billed subscriptions and books new sales orders for new subscriptions, billing correctly.
- After reviewing all new subscription for billing accuracy, release subscription hold.
What you will need to succeed in this position:
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic ability to use a 10-key calculator.
- High school diploma required.
Pay Range: We reasonably expect to pay $19.00- $22.00/hour for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package upon hire includes tuition reimbursement, three weeks paid vacation, your first year paid holidays, medical vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
