Overview
Oversee the scheduling and installation of Noke Smart Entry materials across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
Highly organized with time management skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers, installers and team members is a must.Management of technical installers insuring they are installing Janus materials according to specifications with the ability to understand multiple different product lines and the installation means and methodsAbility to manage a high volume of projects concurrently in a fast paced atmosphere.Technically minded and mechanically included Adherence to Janus International policies and proceduresWork in conjunction with the account management and technical teams to proactively correct project concerns.Identification & qualification of vendors, as well as contracting and ultimately monitoring installer work performanceDeveloping and maintaining schedules of work and forecasts for completion projects within the allotted timeframesResearch and implementation of products, processes and services for continuous improvements in the delivery of resultsResolution of minor violations and ordinances and regulations imposed by governmental organizationsProcessing and approval of invoices, draws and other paymentsProvide emergency response as requested by Janus customersEnforce appropriate OSHA requirements and Janus safety policies & processes.Support NSE field teams in obtaining low voltage certification & permits as required by local governing authorities.Communicate installation concerns and site modifications to developer or owner.Inspect completed access control/smart device installation with owner or operator Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Possess a customer centric attitude with the ability to collaborateExcellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management3-5 years of project management preferredenvironment preferredStrong Mechanical and Technical aptitudeAccess control, Low Voltage, HVAC, Lighting, construction experience is a bonusExperience in the development of scopes, budgets and schedulesProficient in MS Office Suite of programs - Word, Excel, Outlook. ProjectAbility to learn new software as neededMust be highly mobile and willing to travel extensively as the workload dictateExperience working with installers and understanding installation methods deseried.Must be highly mobile and willing to travel extensively as the workload dictates PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
