Responsibilities
* Demonstrates high-level proficiency in performing premium audits for Workers Compensation and General Liability policies with minimal supervision.
* Utilizes secure digital platforms and remote communication tools to conduct virtual audits, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while minimizing disruption to insureds.
* Manage audits within assigned regions, primarily for virtual audits.
* Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned audits, collaborating with insureds, underwriters, and producers.
* Identifies, researches, and resolves policy issues discovered during the audit process.
* Validates correct classification of exposures in accordance with regulatory agencies, independent state bureaus, and company procedures by reviewing financial records and other relevant documentation-often through secure digital exchange.
* Proficient at identifying who is subject to the Work Compensation Act.
* Reviews audit results with stakeholders via virtual meetings
* May provide technical guidance and mentorship to lower-level positions.
* Maintains excellent customer service throughout the audit lifecycle, whether conducted virtually.
* Stays current with manual rules, industry trends, and understanding of the impact of underwriting endorsements.
* Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
