Job Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and fixtures.- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.- Install pipes, fittings, valves, and other plumbing components.- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.- Interpret blueprints and building specifications for plumbing installations.- Provide cost estimates for repair and installation services.- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.- Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.- Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing issues and solutions.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.- Keep up to date with the latest plumbing technologies and techniques.- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships.- Collaborate with team members and other contractors as needed.
