Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Labor - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift to join their team. As a General Labor - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient packaging and shipment processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Labor - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift
Location: Murray, KY
Pay Range: $15.50
Shift: Days (40 hours)
What's the Job?
Assist in packing products into shipping containers according to quality specifications
Stack finished product cases onto pallets for shipment to the warehouse
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
Support quality assurance procedures by inspecting packaging and code dating
Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
What's Needed?
Ability to understand and follow safety and operational procedures
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or college experience is a plus
