SA is seeking an experienced individual to assist with standing up a Program Management Office (PMO). This individual will manage and oversee a collection of related projects to achieve strategic goals. They will focus on program-level planning, execution, and control, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective resource allocation across multiple projects.
Salary Range: $160k-$175k
Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and set the direction of the Knowledge Management Framework for the Program Management Office.
• Coordinate with cross-functional organizations to align the PMO Knowledge Management strategy with broader organizational learning strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of training on Knowledge Management processes and tooling.
• Overseeing project planning, developing project plans, and ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to PMO processes and project management methodologies.
• Managing PMO standards, documentation, and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Create and review KPIs for adopting and using high-value, frequently used Knowledge Managment content and summarize benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities for the organization.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience planning and advising office leadership on administrative and programmatic functions.
• Proven experience establishing office processes and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree; relevant experience in lieu of education may be considered.
• Ability to communicate effectively with office leadership, military officers and other stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Occasional travel to enable mission and process improvements
• Must have experience working at Ft. Meade
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Security Clearance:
• Top Secret clearance required w/CI Poly
