- Seven-On/Seven-Off alternative staffing plan, Monday 8:00 am through the following Monday 7:59 am) and will be off work for the following seven consecutive days.
- See patients and take call each of the seven days you are on but will control your schedule to balance professional and personal needs.
- Enjoy 26 weeks of time off per year with the opportunity to pick up extra visits if you desire.
- Coverage area for this position will be KC Metro area
- Ability to work one on one with patients
- Work autonomously as a RN
- Performs nursing assessments in the patients' home
- Utilizes full scope of nursing skills, including wound and ostomy care, PICC line care, chronic care education and medication reviews
- Coordinates patients' care - consulting other disciplines of the health care team
- Individualizes patient care plans and adjusting or modifying the nursing plan of care as appropriate
- Collaborates with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care
- Missouri and Kansas RN License Required
