Position_Description : What You'll Do- Lead and deliver complex technical projects on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders - translating needs into executable solutions
- Drive project planning, execution, and reporting using Agile and ITIL methodologies
- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and scope changes - and solve them before they become issues
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting with clarity and confidence
- Partner with M&A teams to support IT due diligence and post-acquisition integration planning
- Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with best practices
- Contribute to IT portfolio planning and enterprise reporting strategies
Position Requirements : What We're Looking For- Hands-on experience leading technical projects in large, complex organizations
- Proven experience supporting M&A activities, including integration planning
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile frameworks, and ITIL concepts
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator - equally effective with technical teams and executive leadership
- Skilled at influencing, building consensus, and navigating complex organizational dynamics
Tools & Experience- MS Project, Visio, Excel, SharePoint
- Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical path (CPM) scheduling
- Epic/Story development in Agile environments
- Enterprise-level project documentation and reporting
- Experience reporting project progress to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
