Overview
Eagleview, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Customer Project Manager in the Operations PMO. The Customer Project Manager will supervise projects from planning through delivery and liaises between project members to ensure deliverables, requirements, and schedules are communicated to meet customer expected delivery timing and quality. The PMO utilizes Cloud Coach to plan project timelines, tasks, and milestones, and manage customer quality cases. We are a fast paced, energetic team driven by continuous process improvement. We're looking for motivated, organized, and independent team members. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies.
In this role, you will communicate schedules and changes to all stakeholders. Plan and facilitate project meetings to align the project workforce to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitor task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and to evolve mitigation plans
Responsibilities
Quality Project Manager - estimated 40%- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) QuickBase application, ensuring cases reflect the latest IQRB feedback and are tagged with accurate defect classifications.
- Perform clerical and data-quality upkeep within the QMS to support accurate, consistent Case Management across teams.
- Contribute to expanding issue-resolution capacity by supporting Root Cause Analysis and corrective-action work with the quality team.
- Partner with the Quality Manager to develop, improve, and monitor SOPs for case management, adding clearer preparatory steps for reviewing and validating cases before IQRB to ensure clean, accurate, and consistent data throughout the process.
Customer Project Manager - estimated 50%- Supervise the flow of information to internal and external customers, including, but not limited to, contract details, deliverables, project status, project history, timelines, and image quality.
- Organize and track tasks within the projects to meet project deadlines.
- Independently identify risks and propose solutions to project-related issues.
- Provide clear and frequent communication and updates both internally and externally to drive a positive project outcome.
- Evolve and maintain a consultative relationship with clients.
- Coordinate project details, expectations, and issues internally with Sales, Contracts, Processing, and Production departments.
- Track project status and communicate that status internally and externally.
- Supervise environmental alerts as they pertain to quality control.
- Support Program Managers' overall reporting by providing project-level detail and status.
- Engage in strategic discussions to cultivate creative solutions to unique customer requests.
- Work with Flight Operations and Sales to establish project viability as it relates to airspace, elevation constraints, and efficiency.
- Provide technical support to other departments.
DRP Project Manager - estimated 10%- DRP rotating team coverage weeknights and weekends as assigned.
- DRP customer PM duties if assigned a DRP event to manage based on the impacted customer, timing, or geography.
- Coordinating with Raptor Program General Manager on Business Development and revenue opportunities as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Project Management Certificate or PMP Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Imaging Science, or another related field.
- 1 - 2 years project management, GIS, or another related work experience.
Preferred Experience:- MS Office proficiency.
- Project Management Software - Cloud Coach.
- Previous Geospatial experience.
- Trustworthy and an excellent team player- provide mentorship to less experienced department members, shares tips/skills to help the department work more efficiently and promotes a supportive environment for all colleagues.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability- ability to switch gears when priorities and workloads change in a dynamic work environment.
- Resourceful- ability to quickly learn new applications such as ArcGIS (i.e., ESRI's ArcMap), database programs, and Salesforce.com.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic- acts as an owner, takes on challenges willingly and helps others without question.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills- ability to keep accurate detailed records and communicate project needs in a timely manner.
- Ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to internal and external inquiries.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's work experience, education, and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time hybrid role based out of Rochester, NY, with a base salary range of $54,000-$70,000/year, bonus eligible.
