www.tricountypaving.netPOSITION SUMMARYA Construction Scheduler's position includes working closely with the management and sales/estimating team on project timelines. This position coordinates the schedule of all projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Understand the project scope and requirements
- Create and maintain detailed schedules for many projects at once, at various stages
- Allocate resources and contract requirements
- Identify potential areas that could impact the project timeline and develop contingency plans
- Monitor progress of activities and update schedules as needed
- Work closely with the team to bring projects to completion in an efficient manner
- Maintain a high regard for safety for employees and general public
- All other duties assigned
This is a full-time position will include occasional weekends.

Position Requirements: - Relevant experience with construction management or an equivalent combination of education and training preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service
- Have strong verbal and written communications skills
- Able to work independently and interact with all levels of personnel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's license
