about this team In Store Development we endeavor to unlock our fullest potential. We stay grounded in the big picture and manage the end-to-end development process. core responsibilities This role is accountable for the successful management of project milestones, deliverables, and reporting across multiple cross-functional stakeholders. You bring structure to complex initiatives including fleetwide rollouts to small scale renovations by managing intake, prioritizing work, and ensuring clear actionable insights to working groups and leadership.
- Manage intake of initiative request from multiple sources, including cross function partners and leadership
- Assess, prioritize and sequence incoming work based on strategic alignment, capacity, timelines and budget considerations
- Support the development of execution strategies, high-level schedules, and budget inputs to enable leadership alignment and approval
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify scope, objectives and success criteria prior to launch
- Own proactive date management for all core deliverables and milestones across cross-functional partners
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standardized project schedules, templates, and workback plans aligned to critical objectives
- Coordinate stakeholders and dependencies to ensure initiatives remain on track
- Identify project risks early, propose mitigation strategies and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Lead weekly cross-functional action and status calls to drive accountability and alignment
- Prepare and deliver weekly status updates including custom tracking dashboards, reporting and presentations as required.
- Lead monthly project reviews with leadership to share trends, learnings, gain approvals and recommended actions
- Manage special projects and assignments as required the stove development leadership team
qualifications - 5+ years of experience in project management within and commercial and/or retail development environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-directed individual with thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-facing presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Smartsheet
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
- PMP certification preferred

compensation and benefits package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$ 103,500-$135,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
