Position: Marketing Specialist—North America Job DescriptionThe marketing specialist supports the execution of marketing programs across the North America region. This role will work closely with marketing leadership to assist with social media, digital marketing, and website-related efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable supporting several marketing priorities at the same time. This role operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and works closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with creating and posting North America-focused content across corporate social media channelsSupport the social content calendar and help ensure posts are published correctly and on scheduleGather/write copy, visuals, and updates from internal teams to support content developmentMonitor engagement and performance metrics and share insightsAssist with website updates including content edits and page updatesSupport digital advertising efforts such as Google Ads and campaign landing pagesHelp ensure digital content aligns with brand guidelines and approved messagingAssist with basic performance tracking and reportingSupport the execution of marketing campaigns across social and digital channelsAssist with coordinating timelines, approvals, and deliverablesHelp maintain consistency across marketing materialsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldTwo to five years of experience in a marketing or communications roleExperience supporting corporate or B2B social media channelsFamiliarity with website content management systemsWorking knowledge of digital advertising platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience with Adobe Creative Suite preferredForward Air is an Equal Opportunity EmployerSince 1990, Forward Air has been a leading provider of ground transportation and related logistics services to the North American air freight and expedited LTL market.
