Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data science to turn insights into shipped experiences. Use research and data to guide decisions, validate direction, and course-correct when needed—optimizing for long-term user value, not vanity metrics. Influence and mentor designers across teams, helping raise the quality and consistency of design work across the system. Attend meetings with your "squad" (feature crew) to ensure projects have UX Design support. "Heads down" time to research, ideate, design, and iterate on user needs and solutions.
