Job SummaryThe Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and complete posting of incoming payments to customer accounts. The company also has a variety of voluntary benefits for employees to choose from.ResponsibilitiesAccurately posts incoming payments to customer accounts and process credit card paymentsPrepares, processes and resolves adjustments and payment discrepanciesResearches unidentified payments and credit balances, and audits COD CTA (Cash Transmittal Advice)Works closely with Sales, the Credit Dept. and customers, providing good customer service to internal and external customersProvides timely, reliable and accurate reportingReconciles accountsIdentifies and communicate opportunities to continuously improve, standardize and streamline the cash application processMakes desktop depositsMust be able to multitask and work effectively and independentlyEducationAssociate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferredRequirements/QualificationsWorking experience in the accounts receivables fieldExperience in SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and a team playerResults-oriented and strives for continuous improvementStrong general math and analytics skillsConditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
