Role Summary: We are seeking a
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNPC) to deliver high-quality urgent care services across our clinics. You will see patients of all ages, diagnose conditions, manage treatment plans, perform minor procedures, and work collaboratively with clinical staff.
Compensation & Incentives: - Competitive compensation with premium pay for overtime
- Sign On Bonus: up to $20,000 (amortized over 1 or 2 years)
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000 to help with moving expenses
- Annual CME allowance (typically $2,000 $3,000 per year)
- SCI (Strategic Care Initiative): Annual bonus based on prior-year earnings.
