PRIME Governance & Stage‑Gate LeadershipOwn the PRIME - Ingredients governance framework, including cadence, deliverables, templates, decision gates, and cross‑functional alignment.Lead stage‑gate reviews, governance sessions, and cross‑functional working meetings.Prepare steering committee materials (agendas, pre‑reads, action logs, decisions, updates).Maintain project documentation: charters, timelines, deliverables, stage‑gate reviews.Conduct project health checks to ensure governance compliance, documentation quality, and execution discipline.2. Smartsheet Ownership & PMO EnablementServe as the division’s Smartsheet expert and system owner for all projects, programs, and PRIME workflows.Build and maintain templates, dashboards, automations, workflows, and reporting views.Ensure consistent project management standards across teams.Coach and support project managers across Innovation, Commercial, Operations, QA/Regulatory, and Marketing.3. Portfolio & Pipeline ManagementMaintain the master project portfolio in Smartsheet, including innovation pipeline, RAG status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical paths.Provide leadership‑ready dashboards and consolidated visibility of all initiatives.Deliver insights and recommendations to support prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation.4. Program & Project LeadershipAct as project manager or co‑lead for high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives (e.g., SKU rationalization, commercialization, strategic programs).Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Commercial, Innovation, Operations, Marketing, Supply, QA, Regulatory, and Finance.Anticipate risks, roadblocks, and gaps; develop mitigation strategies and escalate when needed.Partner with the VRO to align capital and strategic initiatives within PRIME and Smartsheet governance.5. OGSM Alignment & Strategic ExecutionTranslate OGSM strategic priorities into executable project plans.Track OGSM progress in Smartsheet and maintain alignment of objectives, strategies, measures, and milestones.Build executive‑level dashboards, reports, and updates highlighting progress, risks, and challenges.6. Cross‑Functional Coordination & CollaborationAct as the central coordination point between Commercial, Innovation, Marketing, Sales, IBP, Operations, Supply, QA, and Regulatory.Provide tools, templates, best practices, and guidance to project managers.Ensure teams stay aligned on scope, priorities, timelines, and decision ownership.7. Process Improvement & Execution ExcellenceIdentify inefficiencies in PRIME workflows, execution processes, and cross‑functional operations.Design and implement continuous improvement solutions to increase clarity, speed, and predictability.Standardize project management frameworks to support scalable and repeatable delivery.8.
