As a Data Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for the resolution of vendor invoice discrepancies. You will develop and leverage strong relationships with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve any issues with POs, invoices and product receipt. This individual must be very detailed oriented and committed to accuracy. The position will also be required to update and manage the timing of cost changes, rebate changes and various supplier/item updates relating to product acquisition costs.
This is a M-F, day shift role in one of the following offices: Atlanta GA, St. Louis MO, Kansas City MO, Richmond VA, or San Antonio TX. There may be some flexibility to work from up 3-6 days per month.
Responsibilities:
Expertise in all cost change methodologies and ensure timely and accurate implementation
Understand the logic behind various cost change processes workflows
Maintain POD rebate tables as needed
Conduct regular audits of cost changes and rebate tables for data integrity and to stay compliant
Investigate and resolve cost misalignments within a timely manner using Strategic Sourcing
Support cost audits and reviews by providing accurate data, documentation and insight as required
Work with IT and AP to improve processes and resolve issues
Optimize cash discounts earned with timely action
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
2+ years in a business environment
A high level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A high level of attention to detail
Excellent math aptitude
Resourceful, looks for solution rather than allowing obstacles to impede progress
Creative and innovative
Able to take directions
User proficiency in a Microsoft office environment
AS400 experience
