Blue Dog Cookhouse & Bar, a chef-driven New York original, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Boca Raton location. Known for elevated comfort cuisine, refined cocktails, and a vibrant yet polished atmosphere, Blue Dog offers a hospitality experience rooted in excellence, warmth, and precision.

The Ideal Candidate:

3+ years of GM or senior management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Refined leadership style with a strong focus on guest experience and team development
Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage-driven sales
Proven ability to manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and P&L performance
Detail-oriented, composed under pressure, and service-obsessed

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing daily operations and guest experience standards
Hiring, training, and leading FOH teams with professionalism and care
Driving operational excellence, cost controls, and service consistency
Collaborating with ownership and culinary leadership on events and promotions
Ensuring seamless FOH/BOH coordination and full compliance

Compensation & Perks:

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 , plus performance bonuses
