Work Schedule
- Clinic Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
- Average Patient Volume: patients per day
- Call Schedule:
- 1:6 Traditional Call
- 1:3 Pediatrics Call
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $275,000 $460,000+ per year
- Compensation is commensurate with experience and productivity
- $25,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid upon execution of final contract)
- $25,000 Relocation Assistance (paid upon execution of final contract)
- Student Loan Repayment Program (eligible; not designated as an underserved area)
Time Off: - CME Allowance: $5,000 per calendar year
- CME Time Off: 5 paid days annually
- Paid Time Off:
- 25 days PTO (vacation)
- Sick leave with IAP plan to supplement

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for Alaska medical licensure
- Passion for providing comprehensive pediatric care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
