The Gogo
Facilities Coordinator role will support the Gogo office and warehouse in Broomfield, Colorado. You will work closely with the Facilities Director to ensure that the Gogo facility group maintains superior customer service to our employees in the Broomfield location. In this role you would be responsible for ensuring the functionality, appearance and safety of our office.

How will you make a difference?- Deliver facilities and office coordinator services (conference room set up/breakdown for meetings, keeping conference rooms tidy, stocking break rooms and supply rooms, ordering supplies, cleaning refrigerators, managing office equipment, etc.)
- Provide direction/information to vendors, service providers, and property managers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within Gogo's environment with minimal disruption, as needed
- Ensure the office environment complies with health and safety regulations
- Assists with related special projects as required (i.e., bidding out a particular service or purchase and installation of workstations)
Qualifications- Associate's Degree with preferred studies in Business Management, Real Estate or Construction Management. Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years' relevant experience in property management, construction management, or facilities related field
Required Skills, Experience, & Talents- Strong communication, paying meticulous attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for Facilities' customer service delivery
- Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Capacity to juggle multiple small projects daily
- Ability to speak proficiently and professionally both over the phone and in person
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Preferred Skills, Experience, & Talents- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and enterprise software solutions such as Oracle, Business Central, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow with a minimum of supervision
- Can process work at a fast pace
Equal Pay Disclosure(s)Base Pay:
56,000.00 - 70,000.00 USD Annual
Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
