This position will be supporting both internal Technicians and external vendors through a variety of different avenues including shipping and receiving, inventory, maintenance of equipment and facilities, as well as transporting Company vehicles when needed. This roles core responsibilities will be packing and shipping inventory, as well as Maintaining Equipment and Facilities. Exact mix of responsibilities will vary based on the season.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES- Coordinate the preparation and shipment of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Work with other members of the shipping team to get orders completed daily. Includes preparation of large orders for field staff that are critical to set-up of key customers.
- Clean, repair, fabricate, and maintain various pest control equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve and repair equipment malfunctions. Equipment will include Backpack Sprayers, Insect Lights, and large commercial spray equipment mounted to trucks. Fabrications will include small hand tools, trap guards, and small assembly projects.
- Manage basic communications with vendors to confirm delivery schedules, resolve shipment issues, and handle order discrepancies.
- Receive shipments from vendors, verify their accuracy, and update the inventory management system accordingly.
- Operate forklift to move product as needed
- Transport Company service vehicles and trailers in Plunkett's service area.
- Perform building maintenance as needed
- Perform daily clean up in the Warehouse.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES- Work in a safe manner by adhering to OSHA, state requirements, and Plunkett's policies and procedures.
- Participate fully in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and to meet requirements for safety standards.
- Project a friendly, pleasant, courteous, and professional image when dealing with internal and external clients.

Requirements:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (BASED ON ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)Must be able to continuously perform tasks such as, but not limited to, those listed below:
- Lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs. Extensive bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching overhead, climbing ladder.
- Perform tasks which require foot and/or hand-eye coordination such as driving a vehicle (manual shift), operation of power tools and equipment, driving forklift, operating pallet jack, 2-wheel dolly, etc.
- Able to use computer-based applications such as e-mail.
- Stand and/or sit for prolonged periods while performing essential functions of the position.
- Walk, stand, twist and squat e.g., receive and ship supplies, repair equipment, building and grounds maintenance.
- Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
ENVIRONMENTThe Warehouse Support / Stockroom works indoors in a semi climate-controlled environment (No AC in Summer months). May experience extreme temperatures due to seasonal conditions.
Warehouse Support / Stockroom may also be exposed to oil; cleaning chemicals, pesticides, lubricants; dust while working in warehouse area; loud noises e.g. power tools; electrical and mechanical hazards.
WORKING HOURSGenerally Monday through Friday. May be required to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in maintenance of equipment and/or vehicle maintenance environment required
- Must possess a valid driver's license; acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to work in a team environment and develop positive relationships with co-workers
- Must be able to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools and electrical a plus
