As part of our company's growth, ARROW Morocco is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Product Support Manager.
What You'll Be Doing at Arrow? As a Product Support Manager, your role will be diverse and essential to our operations. In this back-office role, you will be responsible for maintenance and support of the Arrow mainframe system, with a primary focus on cost and adder content for market-priced items. The role supports pricing execution by partnering with sales offices and suppliers, ensuring compliance with supplier strategy and pricing models, and monitoring supplier performance metrics. You will be responsible for fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog.
- Maintain and support the Arrow mainframe system, including cost and adder content for market price items.
- Execute responsibilities in alignment with the segment supplier strategy matrix and selling company pricing model.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance related to first-call effectiveness and quote exception activity; provide input into both quantitative and qualitative performance measures.
- Manage daily interactions with Arrow sales offices to review and respond to pricing quotation requests for market-priced items.
- Request and negotiate supplier price quotations using online tools, spreadsheets, and email communication.
- Track, measure, and report performance metrics related to assigned responsibilities.
Who are we looking for? - English on min B2 level (both spoken and written), additional language is an asset.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel is a plus.
- Customer Service, Order Management or Sales experience.
- Accountability.
- Communication and coordination skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Team player.
