https://www.jnj.com/.As a Global E2E FP&A Strategy & Operations Finance Manager, you will be part of a high growth team that drives a best-in-class planning processes that are globally standardized, efficient, and deliver meaningful insights for J&J. We co-create, connect & frame, and continually advance J&J's connected planning process. You will become part of a global finance team that supports across the enterprise planning processes in the connected planning environment. A successful FP&A Strategy & Operations Finance Manager will come to understand the E2E connected planning process and technology dependencies required to deliver the enterprise forecasting requirements and leverage those insights to influence & shape the future & culture of J&J Finance.
Responsibilities:- Driving Innovation:
- Implementing best-in-class planning processes and tools in support of all the planning processes
- Own and develop the EPM Global Calendar for all forecast cycles (BP, JU, and NU) to ensure both process and technology can be delivered
- Continuously advance by identifying post cycle actions plans to enable forecast cycle advancement across efficiency, transparency, and materiality
- Influencing & Shaping:
- Helping drive adoption of SigniFi Planning Principles developing key adoption and maturity metrics
- Becoming a trusted, go-to business partner for JJT (Anaplan/DDGR), EPM Run Ops, and our CEP GPO/E2E colleagues that understand the requirements to effectively execute the planning process and the end-to-end connected planning process requirements
- Business Partnering:
- Leveraging key experience & insights with cross-regional and global organizations to drive efficiencies, standardization, & technological adoption
- Connecting and partnering with key SigniFi Program and Technology teams, to enable the successful execution of our planning processes in a timely manner, enabling strategic decision making

Qualifications:Required- A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or related business
- A minimum 5 years of progressive finance, accounting, or business experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a global, matrixed team environment
- Ability to work independently, lead through ambiguity, and drive aligned outcomes
- The preferred locations for this role are Horsham, PA or New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 5% travel
Preferred- MBA, CPA, CMA and/or other advanced degrees or financial certifications
- Previous finance transformation experience/exposure
- Experience with Anaplan or other digital skills like Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
