Responsibilities May Include- Supporting the execution and communication of process development protocols and reports.
- Implementing 5S in the manufacturing area to support audit readiness
- Gathering and analyze process data
- Work on process improvement projects
- Support community and Credo events and activities.
Qualifications- Candidates must be a senior in high school or enrolled in an accredited college/university.
- Preferred majors are: Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily
- Completion of at least freshman year of undergraduate academic program
- Demonstrated leadership is preferred
- Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Candidates must have the ability to work individually as well as on a team
- Candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates need to be proficient with: Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Excel
- Participation in campus/community service activities is preferred
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension).
