https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicineThe Associate Director, Program Operations & Supplier Management will lead and is accountable for the coordination of Pharmacy Solution Team program operations and core PECS process requirements to ensure efficient operations across the portfolio of JJIM patient support programs. You will have a team that is responsible for operational elements of those programs including, but not limited to, process automation, contract and pricing committee (CPC), invoice reconciliation, audit remediation pull through and other PECS processes. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Process & Innovation Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the transformation of manual processes through automation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness for PECS and align solutions with strategic business objectives.
- Lead PECS Contract Pricing Committee (CPC) process design, implementation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead Compliance Governance Committee (CGC) process strategy across PECS organization.
- Oversee CPC governance processes to ensure compliance in implementing fee for service arrangements.
- Provides vision and direction for automation initiatives for invoice reconciliation: lead and oversee development, operational dashboards, metrics, IT liaison relationships, and issue resolution.
- Oversee end-to-end Invoice Reconciliation operations with an emphasis on process time reduction, invoice data integrity, compliance, and streamlined reporting.
- Ensure data is accurate and create a data governance strategy
- Create and maintain process documentation, job aids, and training programs; lead continuous improvements to learning materials and onboarding playbooks.
- Champions change management, challenge legacy requirements, and lead initiatives to advance strategic PECS objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of impactful metrics and visualizations to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Program Operations Responsibilities:
- Partner with Pharmacy Solutions Team and Specialty Pharmacies (SP) to onboard and operationalize monitoring programs at the SPs for Patient Support Programs (Quality Monitoring Programs (QMP), Compliance Governance Committees (CGC), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Invoice & Proof of Service (POS) deliverables).
- Lead CGC meetings with Specialty Pharmacies by coordinating the agenda, facilitating discussions and following up on action items.
- Act as SME for the Pharmacy Solution Team with regards to PECS processes, invoice reconciliation helping to navigate Program Development and operational implementation, leading to a streamlined approach and faster to market program launches.
- Partners with contracting and pharmacy solutions team to integrate program management and quality assurance criteria into SP RFPs and SOWs to strengthen accountability and patient experience.
Supplier Management Responsibilities:
- Establish and cultivate strong supplier relationships with Pharmacy Solutions specialty pharmacies to drive PECS goals & objectives and improve partnership behaviors & performance.
- Contribute to patient support program RFP and SOW development to standardize operational and KPI contractual language to drive accountability and transparency of patient support program impact.
People Leadership:
- Coach, develop and motivate direct reports.

You will build and maintain strong relationships across the PECS Solutions team, specifically Pharmacy Solutions as well as key functional partners (JJT, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Offer Development, Contracting, Finance). Ability to connect and foster collaboration among diverse teams, both internal and externally.
Education and work experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. MBA or other related graduate level degree preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of healthcare business experience (EX: customer service, sales, marketing, market access experience, operations, supply chain, account management) is required
- 2+ years of direct people management experience preferred
- FPX or other project management certification / experience preferred
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and results preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management-able to drive alignment across finance, IT, healthcare compliance, legal, and external partners preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, project plans, etc.) preferred
- Proven track record of working effectively in a complex organizational structure.
- Skills in persuading and motivating team members and partners without direct control.
- Ability to hold and drive accountability across teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- This position is based in Titusville, NJ (preferred) or Horsham, PA and may require up to 10% of domestic travel. If working out of the Horsham, PA location, 1 day a week in Titusville, NJ will be required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
