You will be responsible for executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your role will involve developing and revising patient care plans, coordinating care among disciplines, and delegating tasks to other care providers as appropriate. You will also participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices, enhancing practice standards and the environment of care.
