✅ Qualified Candidates Must:
Have at least 1 year of hands-on esthetic experience
Hold and maintain all required esthetician licenses to perform services in San Jose / Santa Clara County, CA
Be available to commit to at least 3 days per week
Have some weekend availability (required)
Have a genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and client care
Be excited to expand their skill set with advanced services and innovative technology, including HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, Nourishing Light / LED Treatments, skin analysis machine, and more
Be professional, dependable, and client-focused
♀️ Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of esthetic services, including:
Deep Cleansing Facials
Hydra dermabrasion Facials
Acne Treatments
Facial Massage
Perform high-quality, professional skincare services tailored to each client’s needs
Conduct thorough consultations and communicate effectively with clients to understand skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments
Use your expertise—along with our protocols and modalities—to customize facial and body treatments
Educate clients and recommend follow-up treatments, services, and at-home skincare regimes
Maintain treatment rooms, sanitation standards, and a polished guest experience
