A no-BS look at what we are looking for :

6 months of reach truck operator experience in the last 12 months
Previous cherry picker experience
Able to lift 35 lbs. & sit/stand during the shift
Operate a variety of equipment utilized in a warehouse environment.
Have a basic understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and equipment safety guards.
Follow all Maintenance and Safety Procedures.
Promote a safe work environment through personal actions.
Identify any safety concerns.
Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label merchandise.
Replenish and/or stock merchandise as needed.
Perform manual, computer, or RF functions to enter data in systems.
Perform a count of product/reconciliations (count cycle).
Check for accuracy and placement of product in designated zones.
Direct product to the correct area in the warehouse.
