Description Position Purpose The Project Coordinator I will provide support within the Building Intelligence business unit, working closely with Sales, PMs, equipment requests and purchases, as well as invoices and files. This position will provide data entry and tracking functions within various systems and serve as a liaison between the business unit and accounting.
Pay Range: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour, plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks assigned as required. - Purchase equipment for all temperature control projects.
- Process new project bookings from sales into accounting system.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Monthly progress billings for construction projects.
- Establish and maintain cordial and functional relationships with factories and suppliers.
- Collect stock transfers from inventory and input to accounting job cost system.
- Serve as reliable integrated backup Project Administrator.
- Provide general administrative support for BI division.
- Maintain project parts files with purchase orders, inventory transfers, invoices, bill of material, and transmittal information for 2-3 Project Managers projects.
- Ensure that job tax schedules and certified payroll rates are correct and updated, as necessary.
- Issue subcontracts as required and review/approve their invoices.
- Input change order estimates and SOWs.
- Other Duties assigned.
Qualifications - 2 years business school or 5 years related work experience.
- Computer literacy with specific experience using MS Office Products - Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements - This position may involve standing for extended periods, sitting, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
