Job DetailsDescriptionThe purpose of your role as a Technology Project ManagerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technology Project Manager to drive the execution of projects across the organization under the guidance of the Project Management Office (PMO). In addition to assisting with project planning, tracking, and reporting, this role will play a key part in coordinating vendor activities, managing relationships, and contract compliance.
Project Planning & Coordination:
• Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities across multiple workstreams
• Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and milestones to keep teams aligned and on track
• Drive strong cross-functional communication and alignment throughout the life of each project
Project Tracking & Execution Support:
• Track project deliverables, schedules, budgets, and risks to ensure successful execution
• Keep project documentation accurate, organized, and up to date
• Monitor progress closely and proactively escalate risks or issues when needed
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
• Lead the preparation of project reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership
• Organize and facilitate effective project meetings that drive decisions and progress
• Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability
Vendor & Contract Management:
• Coordinate vendor activities and schedules to support project timelines
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and communications
• Support oversight of vendor performance and contract compliance
PMO Alignment & Governance:
• Ensure projects follow PMO methodologies, standards, and tools
• Champion consistent use of project management best practices across teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization, and standardization efforts
What we're looking for in you• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in a project coordination, project management, or PMO support role
• Prior exposure to vendor or third-party management processes
• Familiarity with common project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
• Experience working within a PMO or centralized project governance environment
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
