Summary : Perform forming process including heat treat, pre-form, roll form, brake form, hot form. Fundamental Duties: · Perform forming process including heat treat, pre-form, roll form, brake form, hot form. · Prepare hot form and brake form dies for use, including the application and removal of lubricant. · Operate hot form and brake form assets · Operate and input data into control panels for equipment used in the forming process. · Self-inspect parts to assure parts meet specification. · Measure parts with scale, caliper, radius gauge, micrometer, angle gauges, and other tools to meet parts standards to verify conformance to specifications. · Train other cell operators · Follow all safety, quality, and standard work procedures and perform all tasks in a safe manner · Perform Total Production Maintenance on equipment as required · Troubleshoot problems related to finish processes, features, and equipment. · Participate in problem solving activities to improve the safety, quality, and efficient performance of the fabrication department. · Transport material, work in progress, or finished goods from one area to another via certified methods · Other duties as assigned Compensation details: 22-32 Hourly Wage PI1f9e0b835bba-25448-39629124
