The Institutional Markets sector provides business solutions to organizations of all sizes, as well as to various levels of government and the public sector. We have built strong expertise in areas such as pension plans, investment companies, foundations, mutual funds, government organizations, financial institutions, funeral homes, and religious communities.
Your role- Work closely with the Account Director to identify business opportunities, analyze institutional client files, and contribute to the structuring of tailored solutions
- Participate in the preparation, coordination, and drafting of proposals aligned with clients' specific needs
- Provide operational support using the Global Office platform and contribute to business development activities
- Independently manage client files, including administrative activities, client service, and coordination related to structural changes
- Review and validate the accuracy of data and transactions to ensure the quality and reliability of services delivered

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience in institutional client service or a related financial environment
- Experience with back‑office operations related to the management of client files and portfolios
- Strong proficiency with digital tools and client data management platforms
Languages: English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
