DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Designing safe, seaworthy, and operationally efficient stowage plans for container vessels
- Advocating and executing round‑trip stowage planning across regions
- Ensuring full compliance with safety, stability, stress, and dangerous goods segregation requirements
- Optimizing vessel utilization to achieve maximum intake with minimum operational cost
- Driving key planning objectives including Trim Optimization, Crane Split, Shiftings, Master Planning, and Slot Utilization
- Following up closely with terminals and vessel command to ensure smooth execution of stowage plans
- Proactively identifying and addressing operational risks or constraints that may impact vessel operations
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Marine, Terminal Operations, Network, Deployment, and Regional teams
- Maintaining accurate system updates, records, and documentation
- Contributing to the establishment, review, and continuous improvement of Global Planning SOPs

- Preferred qualifications and background:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- Experience in Stowage Planning, Terminal Planning, Seafaring, or Marine Operations is an advantage
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of non‑maritime work experience are welcome
- Familiarity with stowage planning systems and tools is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English
